Joined a well-known Barcelona bank expecting a supporting role. Two months in, the Tech Lead left. I inherited two poorly built SPAs and led the architecture of a new one applying Hexagonal Architecture, building scaffolding for a 20-person unit and stepping fully into a Tech Lead role.

Operator-facing platform for a well-known dispenser brand incident management, support chat, tracking and logistics. A turning point: deep Hexagonal Architecture, DDD, clean code, and my first real steps into seniority.

Built a web SaaS dashboard for warehouse logistics at a well-known textile company tracking shipments, quantities and operator workflows. The client pivoted to Android, but the web platform delivered significant frontend foundations.

Designed and delivered a full component library for a major insurance client solo, with no team support. Shipped with Storybook, integrated into a legacy stack and included a migration of an existing product flow.

Beyond completing my own certification projects, I stayed on as a tutor building a Discord community, running live coding sessions on Twitch and mentoring students through real frontend challenges.
